Full terms and conditions

1. These Terms & Conditions apply to all online slot tournaments ("Prize League") operated by tombola for November 2026.

2. Prize League runs daily on tombolaarcade.co.uk during the following times (UK time):

• 11am – 1pm (8 tournaments)

• 3pm – 5pm (8 tournaments)

• 7pm – 8pm (4 tournaments). On Thursday 19th November this hour is run as one 60-minute tournament, Prize League x Miami Wilds.

• 8pm – 10pm (8 tournaments). On Power Hour days this session runs 8pm – 9pm (4 tournaments)

• The Power Hour: 9pm – 10pm on the dates in clause 3 (1 tournament, 100 spins).

All tournaments last 15 minutes and a player’s best 50 spins count towards their score, with 28 tournaments per day. The only exceptions are the 60-minute tournaments (The Power Hour and Prize League x Miami Wilds), where a player has 100 spins. On days with a 60-minute tournament there are 25 tournaments.

3. The Power Hour runs from 9pm – 10pm on Monday 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th November and Friday 20th and 27th November 2026 only. It is a single 60-minute tournament in which a player has 100 spins across the whole hour, and ranking is determined by the same points formula that applies to every other tournament.

4. Prize League x Miami Wilds runs on Thursday 19th November 2026, 7pm – 8pm only. It is a single 60-minute tournament in which a player has 100 spins across the whole hour which count towards their score, open on all Prize League games, and ranking is determined by the same points formula that applies to every other tournament.

5. Prize League opt-in, start times, prize pools and entry requirements will be clearly displayed prior to participation.

6. 7. You must opt-in to the tournament to qualify. There are no additional staking requirements. Bonus money or free plays do not count towards qualification.

8. A minimum qualifying stake of £0.10 (10p) per transaction is required for points to be awarded. Stakes below this threshold will not accrue points.

9. Opted-in players can play as many spins as they like during a tournament. Only their best 50 spins will count towards their leaderboard score, which is the total of the points from the 50 highest-scoring spins they play during that tournament. In 60-minute tournaments (The Power Hour and Prize League x Miami Wilds), a player has 100 spins. If a player plays fewer than 50 spins (or fewer than 100 in a 60-minute tournament), all of their spins will count, and they can still win a prize if their score is high enough to finish in a prize position.

10. Points are earned based on real money used per spin. Spins using only bonus or free play funds won't earn points, and mixed spins (real + bonus money) will earn points based on the real money portion. Free spins do not count towards points.

11. Scoring is based on performance, not how much a player stakes. Player rankings are determined by the points earned using the following formula: (Winnings ÷ Stake) x 100.

Examples:

Stake £2 and win £50: 50 / 2 x 100 = 2,500 points

Stake £5 and win £75: 75 / 5 x 100 = 1,500 points

Stake 10p and win £1.10: 1.10 / 0.1 x 100 = 1,100 points

12. Leaderboards are intended to update in real time; however, a short delay may occur. In the event of a tie, the player to reach that set of points first will be awarded the prize.

13. Results will be determined using the above formula to rank, which are final.

14. Prizes will typically be paid shortly after the completion of a tournament (approximately 1 – 2 minutes). Processing times may vary, and delays may occur. Any such delays will be addressed as soon as reasonably possible.

15. Prizes consist of real money and free plays.

16. Prizes breakdown is as follows, per tournament. The 8pm – 10pm and Power Hour prizes change from Friday 20th November, as shown below. This is subject to change:

17. Winners will receive a pop up in game when a tournament completes to show them their prizes and winning standings. If a player didn't win, they will not receive this pop up.

18. Players can opt-out if they choose and will still be able to play games as usual.

19. Once a tournament ends, players will still be able to play the game as usual.

20. Players can review their leaderboard position in real time throughout the tournament, until it ends.

21.Free Spins have a 7-day expiry. Once you have used your Free Spins you will begin staking real cash.

What is Roll & Reward?

1. “Roll & Reward” is a free daily promotional game. Each day you roll a dice, move along the Roll & Reward map and win prizes.

2. You don’t need to deposit or play with real money to play the daily game. The optional Quests feature requires real money play in tombola Arcade games, but you can play and win prizes without ever taking part (see “Quests”).

3. “Roll & Reward” includes the Super Spins bonus game. Super Spins remains available as a standalone game until 3 January 2027. After that date, it will only be available within “Roll & Reward”.

4. These terms apply alongside our General Terms & Conditions. “We” and “us” mean tombola.

Who can play and when?

1. From 2 November 2026, “Roll & Reward” is available only to players selected for Early Access, who can play before the game is available to everyone. You cannot ask to join Early Access.

2. From 4 January 2027 [DATE TO BE CONFIRMED], “Roll & Reward” will be open to all tombola account holders aged 18+, whether or not they have deposited. This date and this clause may change.

Your rolls

1. Each account gets one free daily roll. It must be used between 00:00 and 23:59 UK time on the same day and does not carry over if unused.

2. You can earn up to three extra prize rolls per day by completing quests (see “Quests”). A prize roll must be used before 01:00 UK time on the day after you earn it, or it will be lost.

3. Your roll is allocated as soon as you press the ‘roll’ button. If you are interrupted after that (for example, you leave the game or lose your internet connection), the roll counts as played and your playing piece will still move. This applies to free daily rolls and prize rolls.

How to play

1. Press the ‘roll’ button and your playing piece will move along the map by the number shown on the dice.

2. The space you land on decides your outcome:

a) Game space: unlocks either an Instant Win game or the Super Spins bonus game, depending on the space.

b) Token space: awards tokens only, which are added to your token balance (see “Tokens”).

3. Your free daily roll can land on either type of space. Landing on a token space is a normal outcome, not a fault. Prize rolls never land on a token space.

4. A game unlocked from a game space must be played straight away. It cannot be saved for later.

5. The map is made up of themed worlds, each 300 spaces long. Your position is saved between days and never resets, so each roll continues from where you finished.

6. You win a guaranteed prize when you reach the end of each world. Any remaining moves carry into the next world. For example, if you are one space from the end and roll a four, you will finish three spaces into the next world.

7. During some promotions, all players may be moved to a seasonal world. When you complete it, you will return to your position on the main map with no progress lost.

8. Prize rolls move your playing piece in the same way as your free daily roll, so completing quests moves you along the map faster.

9. The map, its spaces and their outcomes may differ between players and may change during the promotion. The first world may look different on tombola and tombola Arcade.

Quests

This section summarises how quests work. Quests have their own terms and conditions, which apply in addition to these terms and take precedence over this section on anything relating to quests. Please read them before taking part: [INSERT LINK – “Roll & Reward” Quest Terms & Conditions].

1. Quests are optional. You do not need to take part in them to play “Roll & Reward” or win prizes.

2. Each quest sets a task that must be completed through real money play in tombola Arcade games. Play using bonus money, free plays or any game unlocked in “Roll & Reward” does not count.

3. You will get new quests each day and must opt in each day if you wish to take part. Your quests and progress are shown under ‘Quests’ in the game.

4. Each completed quest awards one prize roll, up to a maximum of three per day. A prize roll always wins a prize. See “Your rolls” for when prize rolls must be used.

Tokens

1. Tokens are an in-game currency that can only be used in “Roll & Reward”. Your token balance is shown at the top of the game.

2. You can save tokens and spend them in the token shop:

a) an Instant Win game costs 75 tokens;

b) a game of Super Spins costs 150 tokens.

3. A game bought with tokens always wins a prize.

4. Tokens are deducted as soon as you confirm a purchase. Purchases cannot be reversed or refunded.

5. Tokens do not expire, but you can hold a maximum of 200. Any tokens you win while holding 200 will be lost, so spend some to keep collecting.

6. If your account is closed or suspended, or you self-exclude, any unused tokens will be forfeited and will not be reinstated.

Streaks and milestones

1. Streaks and milestones count days played, not rolls. A day counts as played if you use your free daily roll between 00:00 and 23:59 UK time. Prize rolls do not count towards streaks or milestones.

2. 7-day streak: play on seven consecutive days to unlock the Milestone Reveal game. If you miss a day, your streak resets to zero and starts again from your next roll. A lost streak cannot be restored, including where a day was missed because of a technical fault.

3. 30-day milestone: play on 30 days in total, shown in the game as “Days x/30”, to unlock the Milestone Reveal game. The days do not need to be consecutive and missing a day does not reset the count. The count starts from your first ever roll and resets each time you reach 30, so you can unlock the game for every 30 days you play.

4. In the Milestone Reveal game you choose one of three boxes and are guaranteed to win a prize. The prizes available may differ between players.

5. If you reach a 7-day streak and the 30-day milestone on the same day, you will play the Milestone Reveal game twice.

Prizes

1. Prizes are set by player segment. This means the prizes available to you, and your chances of winning them, may differ from other players.

2. Prizes are a mix of tokens, free plays, bonus money and cash. No prizes have wagering requirements.

3. The top prize is £1,000 cash, available only in the Super Spins bonus game and not on the map itself.

4. Money prizes won anywhere in “Roll & Reward” (including game spaces, token shop games, prize rolls, end-of-world prizes and the Milestone Reveal game) are credited as follows:

a) prizes under £50 are credited as bonus money, which cannot be withdrawn;

b) prizes of £50 or more are credited as cash to your withdrawable balance straight after the game.

5. Cash is always staked before bonus money. If you withdraw before staking all your bonus money, any remaining bonus money will be forfeited.

6. Bonus money cannot be used on tombola Arcade Roulette, Blackjack, Hamster Race, Quid Games, Squad Games, Slingo, tombola Roulette or any Crash games. Bonus money will not be credited while your account is suspended.

7. Free plays must be used within 7 days of being awarded, or they will expire.

8. The prize pot is not shared with any other game. “Roll & Reward” winnings are not eligible for real money playmate rewards.

9. Your winnings appear in ‘My Account’ > ‘Transaction History’ under the “Roll & Reward” filter.

Everyone’s a Winner

1. From time to time, we may run “Roll & Reward – Everyone’s a Winner” days. This section applies only on those days.

2. On an Everyone’s a Winner day, your free daily roll is guaranteed to win real money, bonus money or free plays. (Prize rolls, token shop games and the Milestone Reveal game always guarantee a prize.)

3. The usual limit of one free daily roll per account still applies, whether you play on tombola.co.uk or tombolaarcade.co.uk.

Other things to know

1. If you are interrupted or leave before a game finishes, any prize you have won will still be credited to your account. This applies to rolls, games unlocked from game spaces, token shop games and the Milestone Reveal game.

2. If “Roll & Reward” malfunctions or does not run as intended because of a technical issue on our side, we will do everything we can to fix it as soon as possible.

3. We are not responsible for technical problems on your side that stop you taking part.

4. By taking part in “Roll & Reward”, you accept these terms and the Promotional terms.

1. “Free Bingo” is an exclusive promotional game which will appear on site at designated times. These times can vary day by day/week by week and are not specific set times or durations. 
2. When “Free Bingo” is available to play, a game launcher icon will be displayed on the homepage and all games page of tombola.co.uk 
3. “Free Bingo” is not a version of any existing pay to play game available on tombola . 
4. These Terms & Conditions apply to “Free Bingo” but you must adhere to our General Terms & Conditions. 
5. “Free Bingo” is available to depositing and non-depositing players aged 18+ registered on tombola.co.uk and tombolaarcade.co.uk who reside within the UK. “Free Bingo” is not available for players who reside in the Republic of Ireland. 6. Each player can enter in to every game in a “Free Bingo” session and will be allocated one strip (six tickets) per game. 
7. “Free Bingo” has a One Line, Two Line and Full House prize. Prizes are a fixed amount and can change from game to game. 
8. Prizes will be shared if more than one player wins at the same time. 
9. Prizes are paid out in real money and have no wagering requirements. Any prize won will be credited to the player’s withdrawable funds balance straight away after playing the game.  
10. Winnings made in “Free Bingo” are not eligible for real money playmate rewards. 
11. Your “Free Bingo” tickets are allocated as soon as you hit the “Enter for free” button. This button must be clicked at the start of each game you would like to play. 
12. Whilst playing “Free Bingo” it is possible to become disconnected from the game. Should this happen the game will automatically be played on the player’s behalf and any prizes will be paid accordingly. If reconnected during a game, then the game will automatically catch up to the current position then continue as normal. 
13. A malfunction of the game server during play voids all plays, but such a malfunction after the game has finished will result in the prizes being honoured in line with the output of the game server. See standard terms and conditions for full details. 
14. In the unlikely event that “Free Bingo” should malfunction or not run as intended, due to technical issues on tombola's part, every endeavour will be made to rectify the situation as soon as possible. 
15. No responsibility will be accepted for any technical difficulties that the player may have which inhibits them from participating. 
16. Players participating in “Free Bingo” will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when participating in “Free Bingo”. 
17. If we discover that any player has breached these Terms and Conditions to create more than one account, in order to participate in Free Bingo multiple times, we will close any such accounts and void any winnings associated to games played in breach of these Terms and Conditions. 
18. “Free Bingo” and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with United Kingdom law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with “Free Bingo”. 
19. tombola reserves the right, acting reasonably, to change, suspend or cancel a promotion at any time due to a third party’s illegal activity, technical difficulties and/or any other reasons beyond our control. 

What is Super Spins?  

1. “Super Spins” is an exclusive promotional game which gives you a chance to win a prize every single day.   
2. Each customer can play once per day during the promotion period (00:00 – 23:59 UK time)  
3. “Super Spins” is not a version of any existing pay to play game available on tombola.co.uk.  
4. These Terms & Conditions apply to “Super Spins” but you must adhere to our General Terms & Conditions.  

Can I take part?   

1. “Super Spins” is available to depositing and non-depositing customers aged 18+ registered on tombola.co.uk and tombolaarcade.co.uk who reside within the UK. Super Spins is not available for customers who reside in the Republic of Ireland.   
2. Any new players will be subject to age and identity checks before they will be able to play “Super Spins”.  
3. You can only take part using one account.    

Prizes   

1. Prizes are a mix of free plays, bonus and real money and have no wagering requirements.  
2. Free Plays are valued at £0.10 each and can be used across any slot games except Roulette. Free Plays have a 7-day expiry. Once you have used your free plays you will begin staking real cash. 
3. Prizes under £50 will be credited as bonus money. Bonus money prizes will be credited to your tombola account and cannot be withdrawn.   
4. Prizes over £50 will be credited as cash money. Cash prizes won will be credited to the player’s withdrawable funds balance straight away after playing the game.  
5. Players who play Super Spins consecutively for 7 days will be entered into a mini game where they will receive a guaranteed prize of Free Plays 
6. Cash balance is always staked before bonus money. If you chose to withdraw before you have staked all your bonus funds, you will forfeit your bonus money.   
7. You can use bonus money to play our games on both bingo and arcade, except tombola Roulette.    
8. If your account is suspended, you will not receive free plays or bonus funds.  
9. The prize pot is not shared with any other game.  
10. Winnings made in “Super Spins” are not eligible for real money playmate rewards.  

How to Play   

1. To play Super Spins the player must press the “Play” button upon which they are allocated their game ticket. 
2. Players who play Super Spins consecutively for 7 days will receive a streak prize  
3. Super Spins has a replay function. Should the player exit Super Spins, before playing and finishing the game, they can replay the game through the replay function in the lobby. This is a replay of the original game & original game number will be shown. 

Other things to know   

1. Your “Super Spins” ticket is allocated as soon as you hit the “Play” button. If the game is interrupted for any reason (whether you exit the game, or you experience a drop in internet connectivity etc.) any time after you hit the “Play” button, the game will be considered to have played out. Winnings will appear in ‘my account’ > ‘transaction history’ under the “Super Spins” filter.  
2. In the unlikely event that “Super Spins” should malfunction or not run as intended, due to technical issues on tombola's part, every endeavor will be made to rectify the situation as soon as possible.  
3. No responsibility will be accepted for any technical difficulties that the player may have which inhibits them from participating.  
4. Players participating in “Super Spins” will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when participating in “Super Spins”.

What is Pre-Buy?

Pre-Buy is a feature that means you can now buy into selected promotional games in advance. You can access the purchase area for these games via our Promotions page, in-game menus, website advertisements and specific links if you are opted in to receive marketing communications from us.

Making a Pre-Buy purchase

When you select the promotion you would like to pre-buy tickets for, you will be shown a list of all games in that promotion. You can choose to select all games at the same stake, or alternatively you can choose to select different stakes for different games. Please note, not all games need to be selected and games do not have to be purchased in running order. This means you can select games 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, or games 1, 3 and 5.

When you have selected the games you would like to Pre-Buy tickets for, you will see a total purchase price before you choose to confirm. Once a Pre-Buy purchase has been confirmed it cannot be cancelled.

Upgrading your stake after a Pre-Buy purchase has been confirmed

You can upgrade the stake in your Pre-Buy games after purchase. Simply re-visit the promotion from the Promotions page or in-game menu, and increase your stake in the promotional game(s) as required.

You will see a total purchase price before you confirm your stake upgrade.

How will Pre-Buy games play out?

Your Pre-Buy games will play in the same way as our other games. You do not need to be logged in to tombola in order for the games to play, and any winnings will be credited to your account as normal.

Please note, if you have an existing Bulk Buy purchase (please see Bulk Buy Terms and Conditions for full information) and you make a Pre-Buy purchase for a promotion that runs during your Bulk Buy, the Pre-Buy purchase will interrupt the order in which your Bulk Buy games will play. Games purchased as part of a Bulk Buy will play out one after the other, with the exception of when pre-purchased tickets exist. In this instance, any games that form part of your Bulk Buy purchase will play in order up to the start of the pre-purchased promotional game(s). At that point the pre-purchased promotion game(s) will play and, once they are complete, the games remaining in your Bulk Buy purchase will resume.

How will your Pre-Buy purchase show in your Transaction History?

When you make a Pre-Buy purchase you will see the total cost in your Transaction History at the time of the purchase.

What if I Pre-Buy tickets and the promotion is cancelled or the time is changed?

If you Pre-Buy tickets and the associated promotion is cancelled or the time is changed, then your Pre-Buy purchase will be cancelled and you will be refunded.

Malfunction

A malfunction of the game server during play voids all pays and plays, but such a malfunction after the game has finished will result in the prizes being honoured in line with the output of the game server. See standard terms and conditions for full information.

Game Freeze

If you make a Pre-Buy purchase and subsequently choose to put that game on to a Game Freeze, the Pre-Buy purchase will remain valid and will not be cancelled or refunded. The games will play out and any winnings will be credited to your account as normal.

Self Exclusion, Cooling Off and Disabled Accounts

If your account is disabled by us or you enter a period of self-exclusion and you have an existing Pre-Buy purchase, this will not be cancelled and refunded. The games will play out and any winnings will be sent to you in the form of a cheque. If you are in a cooling off period the same applies but winnings will remain in your account until the cool off period is complete.

tombola customers can invite their friends to join tombola with the incentive of a free £5 bonus on joining. When the referred customer signs up and deposits £20 (real money) then the referring customer will receive £20 bonus money.

Who can take part?

This offer is open to customers aged 18 and over, whose country of residence is the UK.

To qualify for the promotion, both the referring and the referred must have accounts registered in the same country.

How to take part?

1. Any other method of registration will require referred players to correctly enter a free £5 code or the referring customer’s username in order for the referring customer to qualify for any Playmates prizes. This must be done within 7 days of activating the account; after this time a Playmate cannot be added.

Rules

Playmate Prizes

Ongoing prizes are earned from each eligible player that named the player as a Playmate.

How to Play   

1. The game comprises of two separate games;  
2. pre lude and main game. The aim of the pre lude game is to match 3 boxes in a line (horizontal, vertical or diagonal) to win either 10p bonus money or 20p bonus money. If you match 3 telephones, you will quality for the main game.

5. If we discover that any player has breached these Terms and Conditions to create more than one account, in order to participate in Free Form multiple times, we will close any such accounts and void any winnings associated to games played in breach of these Terms and Conditions.  
6. “Deal or No Deal Free Game” and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with United Kingdom law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with “Deal or No Deal Free Game”. 

From time to time we make a new game available to a selected group of players before it launches across the whole site. We call this early access.

Being part of an early release only affects when you can play a game — it doesn't affect your chances of winning. All of our games are independently tested and certified in line with the Remote Technical Standards, and all outcomes are determined by a random number generator. We have no ability to influence, predict or pre-select the outcome of any game, or to choose who wins.

Players are selected for early releases at our discretion and we won't always be able to explain why a particular player was or wasn't included. If you've been selected, we'll let you know by email. Early releases may run for a limited time and we may end one, or change which games are included, at any time.
