What are Free Plays and where do I use them?

Free Plays have a value of 10p and allow you to play one round of an arcade game without using any of your account balance. They will be credited to your tombola account and can’t be withdrawn.

You can use Free Plays across any of our arcade games except Roulette and tombola Roulette. They’re not restricted to only spin games however, you can use them in scratch, bubble, cards and so on too!

If you’re lucky enough to have some Free Plays credited to your account, they will be used before your cash balance. Once you have used your Free Plays, you will begin staking real cash. Free Plays expire within 7 days of us crediting them.

I’ve won Free Plays or bonus money on a promo, how do I claim them?

Depending on the promotion, bonus money and free spins will either be automatically credited to your account, or you will receive an email asking you to claim. Please make sure you are opted in to emails and check your inbox.

Why haven’t I received my bonus or Free Plays?
