Where can I find out what Promotions are running?
We have handy promo pages that include details of all live promos across tombola and tombola arcade. However, we’ll sometimes email you exclusive promos that are just for you… opt in so you don’t miss out!
How do I opt into a Promotion?
Each promotion is different at tombola and for some, you won’t need to opt in. If there is an opting in requirement, you need to head to the promo’s specific opt in page and tick a box to confirm you’d like to take part.

Who can take part in promotions at tombola?
This depends on the type of promos we're running. Most players can take part in all our bingo promotions as long as they stake the right amount to enter. Some arcade promotions will require you to opt in, so please make sure you read the promo page for terms and conditions.
We also have two free to play games, Deal or No Deal and Super Spins. For these, anyone with an active and verified tombola account can play every day.
There's also seasonal promotions such as our Advent Calendar game that has a £2 stake requirement throughout November or December to qualify.

When will my bonus be credited?

What happens if I miss the promotion deadline?
We’re so sorry you missed out on one of our promos. We have daily promotions at tombola and the best way to stay in the loop is to opt in for emails. You’ll get all the info on our latest promotions and offers directly to your inbox! You can also find out what’s going on from our promo pages.
Can I take part in multiple promotions at the same time?
Potentially, yes! Depending on the promotion type, you may be able to take part in a few promos on the same day. For example, there may be a bingo promo running on the same day as an arcade one and you’d be able to take part in both.
I can’t see my promotional reward (e.g. free plays or bonus money) in My Account
If you think you’ve not received free plays or bonus money after a promotion, here’s a few things you can do:

How can I update my contact details?
You can update your email, phone number and address in My Account in the Personal Details section.
How can I unsubscribe from promotional marketing?
If you no longer want to receive emails or SMS from us, you can opt out of marketing in the Contact Preferences section of My Account.
Where can I find out about past promotions?
To make sure our content is fresh and up to date, we don’t keep info about previous promotions live on the site. If you need specific details about a past promo, please use Live Chat to talk to our Customer Service Team.
