Playmates is our ‘Refer a Friend’ scheme where you and friends can receive ongoing rewards for a period of 12 months. You can refer a friend to join the site and when they deposit and spend £20 on the site you will receive a £20 referral bonus. Then after this you will receive ongoing rewards when your friend wins.

Please note playmates can only be added within the first 7 days of joining the site.

There is no limit on how many playmates you have but if you share your codes and they are not redeemed you would not generate any new codes until they have been redeemed.

What is Playmates?

Playmates is our version of a refer-a-friend scheme. It allows you to invite your friends to join tombola and get ongoing bonuses when your referred friend plays and wins. If they win… you win too!

tombola players can invite their friends to join tombola with a free £5 voucher. When the friend signs up, they’ll get a free £5 bonus to play some games with. You have 7 days to add a Playmate from registering a tombola account.

When the referred player signs up and deposits £20 real money, then the existing tombola player who referred them will £20 bonus money!

Where is my Playmate reward?

If you are waiting for a Playmates reward, please check your Transaction History in My Account and see if it’s been added there. If there is no reward, please use Live Chat to talk to our Customer Support Team.
