Cooling Off

You can temporarily exclude yourself for any period of time from 24 hours up to 5 months by selecting a cool off.

Please note that your account access to tombola.co.uk & tombolaarcade.co.uk will be frozen immediately and cannot be reactivated until the time period has elapsed.

Navigate to safeplay > Cooling Off to turn this on, as shown in the screenshot below.
