Why have we requested Source of Funds information?
Online gambling operators are required by law, via licensing conditions and codes, to take steps to help ensure that gambling is fair and open, is not linked to crime, and does not lead to harm.

What documents do I need to send?
To verify the source of the funds you use to gamble with, we may ask you to provide additional information and documentation that shows you have sufficient funds to support your gambling activity.
This might include information such as your:
- Occupation
- Salary
- Another source of wealth/ income (Inheritance, winnings form another gaming site, Pension, or savings etc...)
- Sale of Property / assets
How will this information be used?
The information and documentation you provide to us will not be shared it with any other businesses but we may use this for our internal processes. As always, your data will be handled in complete confidence, by specially trained teams and in line with our terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Not all customers will have to go through the Source of Funds process. If you do, we will contact you to start the process.
If you are required to provide Source of Funds and we are unable to speak with you or you can’t provide us with the required information or documentation, we may take steps to restrict your account until we are able to obtain this. If you provide the requested information/documentation at a later date we can undertake a re-review your account.
What do you do with my information?
The information you provide is treated in the strictest confidence and is only requested to allow us to support you in the best way possible. It will be managed in accordance with our privacy policy & not for any other reason unless cited above.
How long is the SOF process?
We will aim to review and contact the player with our response within a minimum 7 days.
