I have forgotten my username or password - what do I do?

Don’t worry if you have forgotten your password, you can click ‘forgot login details’ on the login page to reset your password.

1. Enter your username or email address & your date of birth.
2. Choose to receive your secure code by text message or email.
3. Enter the code and reset your password.
4. Create a new password (this must be 8 characters long).
5. Confirm your new password and click 'Done'.

If you need to update your contact details and you are unable to access your account, please contact us to help you do so.

If you have forgotten your username, you can use your email address to log in instead. Once you are logged in, you can view your username on ‘Account’ then ‘Account Details’.
